2. I will not abuse, neglect, or cause harm to the pet in any way.
3. I will ensure the pet remains up to date with all required vaccinations.
4. I will provide adequate food and clean water to maintain the pet’s health and wellbeing.
5. I acknowledge that no guarantee has been made regarding the pet’s health or temperament.
