All Cats and Dogs must be fully vaccinated (F3 or C5, respectively) and up to date before boarding, and a certificate must be provided if not completed at the Centre. If your pet is not up to date on vaccines, this may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. If QVCC allows them to board, you understand they are at a higher risk of contracting disease, and if they do, QVCC is not responsible.

I authorise the Centre to carry out the below selected treatment that may be deemed necessary whilst my Cat/Dog is under QVCC care, and will settle my account upon departure. I understand that in some circumstances I may be required to pay an additional deposit for any larger emergency procedures performed whilst in boarding.

I acknowledge that there will not be anybody staying at the Centre overnight, and QVCC is unable to take responsibility should any complications arise during your pet/s time of boarding or be responsible for concerns that may arise during your pet/s stay that are out of QVCC's control, as we will not be monitoring 24 hours per day.

iv. Agree to QVCC's payment terms and conditions;

v. Aware that all payments are due at the time of service;

vi. Agree to be personally responsible for all professional fees as rendered by QVCC;

vii. Agree that whilst all care is taken by QVCC, I/We have had the risks explained and hereby indemnify and keep indemnified QVCC and employees against claims however arising.
