All offers listed within the Pet Package are only available within Quality Veterinary Care Centre and on services that Quality Veterinary Care Centre offer, excludes all 3rd party involvements, with the exception of pathology fees. Offers available are based on Quality Veterinary Care Centre’s policies, procedures, and recommendations. Unlimited consultations means: Standard Telehealth consultations only and excludes all house calls, call out, after hours and extended consultation. Please note that overdue vaccines will not be included within this package. We reserve the rights to modify and change the policies, procedures and terms and conditions of this Pet Package at any time and without notice.

Treatments may be completed/performed in full or part thereof by a veterinary nurse while complying with all legal guidelines.

i. All questions by us have been answered satisfactorily;

iii. Authorise and consent is given as required;

iv. Agree to QVCC’s payment terms and conditions;

v. Aware that all payments are due at the time of service;

vi. Agree to be personally responsible for all professional fees as rendered by QVCC;

vii. Aware that whilst all care is taken by QVCC, I/We have had the risks explained and hereby indemnify and keep indemnified QVCC and employees against claims howsoever arising.
