- Triage and Admission: When you arrive, your pet is swiftly assessed in our dedicated Triage Bay. All emergencies are seen in order of urgency, and we will never turn a genuine emergency away.

- On-Site Laboratory: Our extensive laboratory allows for immediate blood work, checking organ function, hydration, and infection markers, so we can make time-sensitive decisions and begin treatment straight away.
- Imaging Capabilities: We have digital X-ray, Ultrasound, and Endoscopy available on-site for rapid internal assessment of injuries, internal bleeding, and other critical issues.

- Dedicated ICU: Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is set up for continuous monitoring, complete with warming devices, IV fluid pumps, and immediate access to oxygen.
- Continuous Monitoring: Critical patients are never left unattended; they are under the constant watchful eye of our qualified nursing team.
- Plumbed-In Oxygen: Life-saving oxygen is piped directly into the ICU and treatment areas, guaranteeing an immediate and continuous supply when needed.
- Separate Wards: We utilise separate Dog and Cat Wards, including an Isolation Ward, to ensure maximum patient comfort and protection against cross-contamination during intensive care.
SEAMLESS ACCESS TO SPECIALIST SUPPORT
While specialists visit on a regular schedule rather than 24/7, our hospital foundation facilitates the highest possible care for complex cases.
- Post-Stabilisation Specialist Care: Once your pet is stabilised after a crisis, our status allows us to coordinate seamlessly with highly experienced visiting specialists (Orthopaedic, Soft Tissue, and Internal Medicine) to manage complex follow-up care.
- Advanced Imaging Access: For urgent, complex diagnostics, we can arrange access to CT and MRI imaging through local human medical facilities after hours, with specialist interpretation often available in just four hours. This ability to integrate advanced diagnostics quickly is essential for complex emergency management.
